Come celebrate our diverse community during Indy Pride Week with glow-in-the-dark vinyasa class this Friday night at The Hot Room Downtown! Our amazing instructor AM will lead us in an hour of flowing, dynamic poses while we jam to a playlist of Queer musical artists.
All proceeds from this special class support Indy Pride, Inc, who “produce events which educate, honor our history, and celebrate the diversity of the Indianapolis Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer community”.
We encourage you to dress up in white, neon, or your best Pride getup! Accessorize with glow sticks, neon nails and fluorescent jewelry, and Hot Boutique rainbow leggings and gear. Which brings us to number 2…

Join us for this unique opportunity to rep The Hot Room in the Indy Pride Parade and take part in a very special to show attendees what we are all about! We encourage you to bring your friends and family to this community event – the more the merrier!
We will meet at the Downtown studio to get t-shirts and swag, then walk over to Mass Ave for the step-off at 10am. Wear your craziest leggings, tutus, crowns and anything else to make you SPARKLE!

Sarah tried yoga for the first time as a college elective 6 years ago and it’s been a part of her life ever since. Off the mat, Sarah works remotely for a mentoring program for incarcerated teens, owns the women’s community group The Liberated Ladies, travels the world whenever she can, and blogs about her adventures at Suitcase Six.
