We aren’t thirsty anymore, we aren’t eating added sugar, and we are sleeping. What do you get when you add those three things together?

“Body does not hurt as much and feel so much lighter!”

“The swelling in my hands/joints is going down. I can wear my rings again! I’m finding it has nothing to do with weight, and everything to do with the bloat that comes with sugar.”

 Who doesn’t want to feel that way?!

Not only are our Sparkers making and feeling changes, they understand the WHY behind these habits. We don’t preach that you should never have added sugar again in your life or that you shouldn’t stay up late over a good conversation on the occasion. What we do preach, is that 90% of the time your health game should be on. Leave room for the exceptions and the grace, but you should feel 100% a majority of your life. The quotes above did not come from people who made a change overnight. They worked on creating habits in their day to day routine and are still working on it. But they did decide to start.

Pair all of those habits with a consistent practice at The Hot Room, and you will be surprised at what is possible for you. Life is too short to be stressed, out of shape, and uninspired. What are you doing today to make sure you don’t fall into any of those categories. That is right, TODAY. What are you doing TODAY? It is not about Mondays or the new year. The decisions we make each day add up to a lifetime of feeling amazing.

Is today the day you send me an email letting me know you are ready to make a change? Or is today the day you roll out the yoga mat that you haven’t seen in a while (or ever)? Or maybe today is putting down the soda and picking up the water. Every day counts.
