The game changer habit to access your goals, and the 1 key secret to making it stick.
When we think about setting goals, many of us default to thinking about the result we want to achieve and stop there, but in reality that’s only half the equation. The second step is identifying the path to get there. These are the consistent actions or habits we must complete in order to eventually arrive at the desired outcome. It’s setting goals around these activities that really create lasting change. Think process oriented vs outcome oriented goals.
No matter what your mental or physical goals are, we know that consuming nutrient dense, home cooked food is a key element to achieving them. The best way to make sure you have access to and will eat this type of food most of the time is to plan and prep your meals for the upcoming week. We’ve all heard the expression “failing to plan is planning to fail”, and that is certainly true around nutrition.
Now I know what you’re thinking… You’ve done meal prep before and got totally burned out on all the dishes to wash or bored of eating the same bland grilled chicken and steamed broccoli multiple days in a row. You felt restricted and frustrated so gave up on the idea. Trust me, I’ve been there.
But what if there was a different way to approach this? One that allowed you to customize it based on your schedule, food preferences, and desired balance of home cooking vs eating out. Because at the end of the day we all have different needs, and that’s something to celebrate and embrace!
Well that’s exactly why we created the Meal Plan & Prep Challenge starting Feb 3rd. We will be guiding you through a simple step-by-step system to create your own customized meal plans that actually works for YOUR LIFE. This is the secret to making it stick long term and to actually ENJOY the process of eating delicious, simple, home cooked food.
In addition to the Meal Plan & Prep System you will also get:
- Clarity on what a healthy and balanced plate actually consists of… so no more confusion on what types of food to eat vs avoid!
- The Kitchen Essentials Checklist, so you know what tools get you the most bang for your buck and you don’t waste money on expensive kitchen gadgets you don’t need!
- Cooking videos from Laura and I walking you through how to prepare healthy ingredients that might be intimidating if they are new to you (like quinoa, spaghetti squash, and many more!)
- Sample menu for the first week if you want to ease into it before you customize your own
Join us if you’re ready to make having a game plan a game changer and finally make your home cooking fun, fast, and stress-free!
