Carly Daley sparks joy whenever she enters a room. Previous to finding The Hot Room, Carly was already trained under Baptiste-style yoga. After hearing about The Hot Room from one of her yoga mentors, she visited studio and was hooked! She even completed a 30 day challenge in her early days as a student. Carly loves how yoga has opened her up for ease, clarity, peace, connection, inspiration and love. Our Hot Power Vinyasa teacher training program would not be possible without Carly’s vision and leadership. She truly leads with knowledge, grace and compassion.
