FAQs
I've never tried yoga before. Can I do hot yoga?
Absolutely yes! This yoga is designed for beginners. Don’t worry. We will walk you through what you need to know and chances are you won’t be the only beginner in the room. Come with a positive attitude and just do the best you can. Your best is always enough. Yoga is a lifetime practice and it begins with your very first class.
What if I am not flexible?
This is the most common misconception about yoga that prevents people from coming to class. However, it should actually be one of the BEST reasons to come to class. All the postures are beginning postures and you do not need to be flexible to practice them. It is not how flexible you are, it’s about the attitude that you bring to class. Try the right way, challenge yourself and you will get 100% benefit.
Why is the room heated? What if I don't like the heat?
Yoga helps to change the construction of the body from the inside out. The room is intentionally heated to warm up the body and assist with circulation, promote detoxification and provide optimum conditions so that the change you want can happen more efficiently. It also allows you to work safely and deeply into the postures, giving faster results. The heat provides a challenging environment which increases your strength, concentration, endurance and stamina. The heat is definitely something that takes getting used to. Through regular practice, you will learn to tolerate the heat and use it to your advantage.

What is your class cancellation policy?
To best serve our community and their schedules we have updated our Late Cancellation/No Show Policy. We are thrilled to see students reserving their spot in classes, but we want to encourage those that make a reservation to show up and take class. If you are not able to attend class, we must open this spot for others.
We require a 12-hour notice. If you have reserved your place and fail to cancel 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $25 late fee and forfeit a session if you have a class package.
All students on the class roster and on the waitlist must cancel their reservation 12-hours prior to class in order to avoid late fees.
For the best way to reserve and cancel your reservations, please watch this video.
