Studio Etiquette at The Hot Room: Embrace the Flow

Welcome to The Hot Room! We're thrilled to have you as part of our community. To ensure a safe environment for everyone, we've established some guidelines. Following these simple rules will help us maintain a clean, respectful, and peaceful space for all yogis.

1) Go Barefoot

To help keep our locker rooms and studio clean, we ask that you leave your shoes at the front door. Going barefoot not only maintains cleanliness but also enhances your connection with the studio space, grounding you in your practice.

2) Be Safe

To ensure everyone's safety, only a mat and water are needed for class. Keeping the space clear of extra items helps prevent accidents and allows for free, unobstructed movement during your practice. Late arrivals after 5 minutes will not be permitted in the room due to safety of all clients.

3) Tech No

For a truly immersive experience, we kindly ask that you leave your mobile devices and smartwatches outside the studio space. This practice not only minimizes distractions for you and others but also enhances the collective focus and tranquility of the class.

4) Be Mindful

Silence is golden, especially when the lights are off in the studio! Please honor the silence of the room, allowing everyone to settle into their practice and connect with their breath. This quiet time is crucial for mental preparation and relaxation.

5) Just Breathe

Your mat is the safest place to be in The Hot Room. We encourage you to stay in the room for the entire duration of the class. Use this time to focus on your breath and find your inner calm.

6) Check Out

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your class, please do so within 6 hours. If you have reserved your place and fail to cancel 6 hours in advance you will be charged a $15 late fee and forfeit a session if you have a class package.

7) No Gum

For your safety, please refrain from chewing gum in The Hot Room. Practicing yoga with gum can pose a choking hazard, especially in a heated environment.

By adhering to these guidelines, we can all enjoy a clean, safe, and focused yoga experience. Let's embrace the flow and make each session at The Hot Room a rewarding journey!

See you on your mat!
