Welcome to The Hot Room, it’s Your first class! Our heated classes are designed to gently warm your body, helping loosen muscles, increase flexibility, and promote a healthy, cleansing sweat. The warmth supports deeper movement and allows you to flow with greater ease and control. You’ll move through intentional sequences that strengthen your core, improve posture, enhance mobility, and clear your mind, leaving you feeling strong, refreshed, and recharged from the inside out. You’ll find you move a little easier, stretch a little deeper, and leave class feeling refreshed and empowered. Let’s talk gear. You don’t need anything fancy, just something functional and breathable. We recommend… Fitted workout clothes such as tank tops, sports bras, shorts, or leggings. No shoes or socks needed, barefoot is best for grip and stability. A hair tie or a headband to keep hair out of your face. Avoid anything cotton-based; it gets heavy and holds onto sweat. 💧 How to Prepare Set yourself up for a confident, comfortable first class with these simple steps: Hydrate before class. Stay hydrated by sipping water consistently throughout the day, including the day before, not just right before class. Eat smart. A light snack (like fruit, toast, or a smoothie) about 1–2 hours beforehand will fuel your flow. Arrive early. Give yourself at least 15 minutes before class to check in, meet your instructor, and get settled. Pack the essentials: Yoga mat (we have rentals if you need one!) Large towel (or a yoga towel to place over your mat) Full water bottle Change of clothes if you’re heading somewhere after—yes, you’ll sweat! Here’s your go-to guide for walking into class like you’ve done this a dozen times (even if it’s your very first!): Bring a yoga mat (or rent one at the studio) Pack a towel (or rent) and a full water bottle Eat a light snack 1–2 hours before Hydrate throughout the day Arrive 15–20 minutes early Let your instructor know it’s your first class Take breaks when needed—listen to your body Breathe, move, and have fun! Trying something new takes courage, and we’re proud of you for taking the first step. Now that you know what to expect, how to prepare, and what to bring, you’re more than ready to walk into your first class with confidence. Remember, this is your journey. There’s no pressure to be perfect, just permission to show up, breathe, and be present. We’re here to support you, cheer you on, and celebrate your progress every step of the way. So take a deep breath, roll out your mat, and let’s begin. Your transformation starts now, and we can’t wait to be part of it!🧘♀️ What to Expect
