How do I book a class?

Book directly through The Hot Room 2.0 app or thehotroom.com/schedule. Select your class, location, and confirm.

How often should I book classes?

As with any form of exercise, we recommend at least 2 to 3 times consistently per week to see maximum results. If you like to different varieties of workouts like weight lifting and cardio, this form of exercise is a great compliment as well.

What is the cancellation policy for classes?

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class to avoid a $15 no-show or late cancel fee. If an emergency pops up, please call the studio.

We love beginners! All of our classes are beginner friendly. Arrive early, hydrate well with electroloytes, and take breaks when needed. Our instructors will guide you through every step of the class.
