Our Approach
We recommend Cold Therapy 2 to 3 times per week to see faster results. Beginners should aim for 1 to 3 minutes and experienced plungers up to 5 minutes.
There will be a cold therapist available as a resource to clients for breathing instructions and any questions.
The Process
- 15 minute sessions include time to rinse off before plus the plunge
- For a Fire and Ice experience: Take a class, rinse off, and take a plunge (option to take a class after your plunge as well)
